Various Category Pages showing blank

I am having an issue with various pages showing completely blank on my site – no error message and they seem to load completely, but with no content.
This is an ecommerce site and all of my items are loaded as posts on various categories. It seems to be random which categories and pages won’t show –

Per a few other posts, I tried resetting permalinks, but this did not help. I looked at the archive.php and categories.php files and they look ok – although I have little experience with code, so it’s hard to troubleshoot. I don’t have any new plugins, but I deactivated a few newer ones to see issues and couldn’t pinpoint…
Any other troublehsooting ideas would be welcome!
