Various auto responder

Is it possible to have a checkbox enabled for different auto-responder. For example when checking “yes” – welcome letter with information and when checking “no” – welcome letter with additional information. The checkbox will generate specific auto respond email drafts? Let me know if this is doable and how. Do I need to install another plugin for this?
