Variations Title & Decimal values

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

We have tried to replicate the issue at hand by creating a variable product on our test environment with attribute values like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ywatrnn3073o6qg/tell1.png?dl=0

Resulting to product names like this in the feed:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/qp9lgja8pfqovi7/tell2.png?dl=0

So as far as we can tell this should be working fine. Are you perhaps using rules/filters that are making changes to the product names?

No, we aren’t using any rule or filter that changes the product name.

Made some more tests and i think that the problem is with the global product attributes.
If i make a new product using a global product attribute, the problem persists. (In fact i am noticing that in the title is using the slug of the global product attribute). Picture 1
If i make a product using a custom attribute, the problem seems to disappear.

What do you mean by this? Can you show us some screenshots of how you create such a global product attribute?

Probably you didn’t get the terminology used.

When we use a global product attribute things still work as expected.

Can you share with us a screenshot of the filters and rules you created?

We have used this field mapping for the product name:

Did you use a different field mapping?

Hi again, nop they are ok, but the problem still exists field mapping

Other differences we have are the language used (Greek) , php version & woocommerce version. Could any of these be the case why this is happening?

Any other thoughts or tests i could make?

For what marketing channel did you create your feed, was it Skroutz?

Yes, it is Skroutz.

Also i ‘ve been looking in the log files and the last 3 days i have this :

[06-Dec-2022 15:31:25 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 402653184 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4194312 bytes) in …../wp-content/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/classes/class-attributes.php on line 99
and another one in line 104 “…/class-attributes.php on line 104”
(in case these error messages helps)

The xml is currently running in batches of 400 products.

That error indicates your feed is probably not updating at all, that would also explain you are not seeing any changed in your feed.

Can you try lowering your batch size to just a 100 products or increase the maximum allowed memory size?

Lowered batch size to 100.

Didn’t see any new error on log, but problem still exists

So your feed did not update. Can you increase the maximum allowed memory usage?
