Variations Showing Alphabetically

Hi there!

In the WooCommerce 3.6 update, some product data was extracted to a lookup table in the database to improve performance for sorting, filtering, and searching. If your database did not finish updating, then that would explain the issue you are seeing. There is some information about this and how to fix it here:
