Hey guys, everytime I update Woocommerce this problem occurs. Any product with 1 in stock will show out of stock upon check out. I’ve tried literally everything and no avail. Last time this happened it just worked itself out somehow but this time it’s already been a few days and its affecting my customers. Another new issue is woocommerce is conflicting with elementor making the latter useless.
Any help would be highly appreciated, have a great day!

    Hi @losvaposvape,

As a first step, it’s good to find the plugin conflicting with WooCommerce causing the out of stock issue.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Secondly, you mentioned that WooCommerce is conflicting with Elementor. Could you elaborate further about this.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thanks.

Hi there and thanks for replying. Yes the is the standard protocol of which I’m familiar. Unfortunately to no avail. Thanks for your help.

The case with Elementor simply renders it useless. The widgets area is greyed out and loading. It’s obvious at this stage that after every woocommerce update we experience these issues.

Further note, upon page inspection in console we found 3 errors; 2 related to cash on delivery payment method and 1 related to ajax-admin.php.

I have no knowledge on this.

    Thanks again.

Thanks for keeping the thread up @losvaposvape.

Just to get additional context, could you elaborate further on the issue between Elementor and WooCommerce? If possible, share with us a screenshot of the issue. (I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots.)

Regarding the out of stock notification, try clearing customer sessions at WooCommerce > Status > Tools and then check if the issue persists.

    Thanks.
