Variations Not Updating

Hello!
When I first set up my website I created an “attribute” for color options and then used that attribute to make the variations, the color options. I now have a new color option available so I tried adding it, and it shows that it’s added in the attribute AND the variation, but when I updated it and checked the site the new color option wasn’t showing up.
After that I deleted the attribute entirely and redid all the color options completely. Now, even though the options are showing up on the WooCommerce portion, there’s now NO color options showing up on the site. It has the drop down on the product listing but it just says “Choose an Option” and doesn’t provide any color options.
Can anyone help? I have a big sale coming up on Wednesday and need to get this figured out before then!
