    Hello everybody!!
    I am trying to sync variations, and there seems to be a problem.
    I have all the variations well defined in woocommerce, and when they synce with Facebook, facebook plugin syncs only last variation.

    anybody is facing this problem?

    I would like to add that this began happening since last update, I think this is related with:
    Tweak – Default variation selection will be synced to Facebook if the default product variation is already synced

    becuase I remember that last week I could sync variation without problems.

    Thanks for writing to us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help with this. ??

    We’ve released a few updates recently, so could you please ensure that you’ve updated to version 2.1.3, and see if the issue is still occurring?

    Then, if you’re still having issues, would you please reset the sync settings by doing the following steps?

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync
    2. Uncheck the Enable Product Sync box and save settings
    3. Reload the page
    4. Re-check the Enable Product Sync box the box and save settings
    5. Then, reload the page again, and you can trigger a manual sync by clicking the Sync Products button. Note that this manual sync will trigger a sync for all products and can take some time.

    Sometimes we’ve found that this reset causes the products to start syncing correctly.

    Could you please let me know how it goes and if the products start to sync or not?

    Hello, I am on 2.1.3, did all the steps above… I will get back to you…

    This method did nothing… nothing changed…

    Hi @gerlandog,

    I’m sorry to hear that sync issues are persisting. Could you please try opening up the Edit Product screen for one of the affected products, and in the Facebook box over on the right side, click Reset Facebook Metadata?

    Then, would you please let me know whether or not this causes that product to sync correctly?

    Jus to be on the safe side, I did this again.. andnow the problems are worst…

    I went to this product, reseted metadata, and the went to facebook catalog and the result is:

    Thanks for trying the metadata reset. Would you please be able to send a screenshot of the Product Data section on the WooCommerce edit product screen for this product?

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you here.

    Could you please try going in the WooCommerce site to Products > All Products, then selecting the products in question, set the product as Included in Sync using the bulk edit action?

    Hello, I did that, an now I get this error:
    Facebook for WooCommerce error:
    Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘3800896529920731’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

    Nobody is answering in the other thread, and Marcus did not reach anymore, it has been over a month now with variations not syncing…
