Variations dissappeared, product page BUG

  • I was completely fine while updating a variable product page.

    I added some pictures for the gallery, clicked on the “update” button and then everything went wrong.

    The product page stoped showing the product main picture OR the gallery pictures, the attributes are not visible anymore and i discovered all the information related to the attributes (and so the variations) have been erased from the product editing page.

    I was desperate (I have about 40 specific variations with customized photo, prices etc.) but decided to settle the attributes and variations again but it apppears I can’t.

    When I select my two global attributes: design and size, saved them as usable for variations etc. The variations setting pages continue saying “Before you can add a variation you need to add some variation attributes on the Attributes tab.” + Each time I try to update or refresh the page, the attributes settings disappear again…

    I was working with the Divi comerce plug-in as my website is also running with the Divi theme, so I disabled it but it did not change anything, the problem is still there.

    I have tried with other products and it appear they all have the same issue !!

    Please please help me. I have 15 products, each with between 30 and 40 variations.

  • I can confirm the problem.

    If you have 2 variations for example.

    Color blue – black – green

    Size 1 – 2 – 3

    and you pick the first color blue for example, at the size attribute shows only 1.

    at version 2.6.8 you could pick blue and see the rest of options 1 – 2 – 3 etc.

    Please resolve

    Further more

    When you clear the selection you see all the available variations.

    NOTE: all combinations are available for the product.

    Lets say you pick Blue and then 1.

    If with the same selection you try to pick Black it says: Not available for this combination choose different. Although the combination exists.
