Variations disabled but still shown

Just to make sure – does the variation in question have stock available?

The unchecked variations should not show at the all regardless of the quantity in the stock says, at least that’s what it used to be though.

How many possible variations are associated with that product? Is it more than 30? I’m wondering whether woocommerce_ajax_variation_threshold might be at play here (more information at https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2015/07/13/improving-the-variations-interface-in-2-4/)

Yes, it’s more than 30.

I checked the website but I’m still confused. How can I resolve this? What will I have to do with woocommerce_ajax_variation_threshold
