Variations and Attributes Freezing!

I am a business owner who has a WordPress ecommerce website that was left uncompleted by a questionable developer. After I was finally able to get my site away from this developer and solely into my hands, I noticed that I am no longer able to access the Attributes and Variations area for any Variable Product.

Every time I try to click on any of the dropdown menus in these areas, nothing happens. It’s like the entire area is frozen. All the other links and dropdowns within the WordPress controls are working but those. I was afraid that maybe the former developer did something to lock me out of those areas. What can I do? All I’ve done since getting control of my site is upload the Booster Plus for Woocommerce plug-in. I’m not sure if the Attributes and Variations were working before uploading it as I hadn’t tested them yet. Please help???
