Variations added to product for each booking

    Hi,
    I notice that each time I added a booking to the cart (I’m using Woocommerce for payment) a variation is added to the actual product (Example, Reservation311) As I’m testing I have over 30 new variations for the product, so over time this will be quite a high number.

    Is this supposed to happen ie a new variation added each time a user makes a booking? Is there a way that his can be auto deleted?

    Hello,

    This is how the calendar can work with WooCommerce.
    The variations are removed after a while. In the next update we will improve the delete function.

    thanks for the reply. Do the variations delete themselves? Can you be a little more specific in how long they remain there. For example, is there a function to aust delete once a week?

    The same problem i am also facing, support should be fixed as soon as or give us instruction that how can we do by self? without this functionality this plugin is not sensible to use.

    You should fix right now, because we are still searching to fix this issue, it’s impacting lot’s of issue like product section loading time, e.t.c

    So please resolve this as soon as.

    BTW, the system is very usefull and I’m sure the other 6000+ people who downloaded it think so too ??

    Variations are removed in time. WooCommerce manages this.
    We are working to integrate the calendar with WooCommerce without Variations in the next update.

    Hi,
    I cannot find any documentation about variations deleting themselves in woocommerce. Can you kindly let me know how or when they delete themselves as you have stated above.

    I’m using this on a clients website and need to be confident this is not going to break if too many people use the website and submit booking. In my testing alone I reached 50 variations in a day. Its a pretty simple question and I would really appreciate a better answer than “Woocommerce manages this …in time”

    Don’t mean to sound rude, I just want to be confident with your plugin.

    The Variations should be removed once a day. You can check the booking-system/includes/woocommerce/class-woocommerce-variation.php file for this.
