Variation unselected makes duplicate SKU

I tried this on my local site, and I’m unable to duplicate your issues regarding the SKU being duplicated. Could you send me a screenshot of what’s happening on your end so I can dive a bit deeper to figure out what’s happening on your end?

Hey there,

Thank you for sending over the wonderful screen recording of what’s happening on your end. So just to make sure I’m understanding the issue correctly here, it seems that when you choose a “color” variation, or a “closure” variation, the SKU is showing properly, however when you click a “customisation” variation, the SKU doesn’t show. Is this correct?

On the video, the SKU duplicates when I unselect a variation. I highlighted the sku to show you, watch how long it becomes because it duplicates the SKU for some reason

Thank you very much for explaining that, I see what you are talking about. I have tested in two different local sites and I’m not having the same issue. This being said, I feel that its a possible theme conflict. Have you tried temporarily disabling your theme and changing it to a standard WordPress theme such as Twenty-Twenty-Two?
