I understand that the Name (numeric) product attribute sorting option is not working as it should, correct?
Have you made any recent updates? Because if it was working before, something might have interfered.
As a first step, to be sure of this, let’s check if there is any conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin you have installed; an outdated or malfunctioning code could be interfering.
To do it, please perform a conflict test by:
– Temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront
– Disabling all plugins except WooCommerce
– Check again if the product attributes are now displaying correctly
If this solves the issue, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
Before proceeding, please make sure that you have a backup of your site and database in place, and if something goes wrong, you can restore your site to a functioning state.
