Variation products with stock management enabled show stock level multiple times

Hi,

I have a combo product set up that contains a variable product of which its variations have different stock quantities. When clicking on the variations multiple times, e.g. click on navy and then on pink, both variations’ “Availibility: x in stock” labels show on screen. These labels get stacked if you click on even more variations.

(Note: if you click on a variation that is out of stock and then on a variation with stock, it works fine, i.e. only shows the available stock level).

Example of what is displayed on screen after clicking on a few different variations:

Availability: 5 in stock

Availability: 4 in stock

Availability: 9 in stock

Availability: 4 in stock

Availability: 9 in stock

How can I make it to only show the selected variation’s label?
