    Simple products have no problem syncing to facebook shop but I couldn’t sync the variable products. I have already checked the “Sync and Show in Catalog” setting of each variation of the product. Please advise, Thanks in advance

    It sounds like you’ve already made sure that the “Sync and Show” option is checked. Would you please confirm that these are not being excluded on the WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync tab – either by product or category? Also, would you try forcing a product sync on that page as well to see if they are simply waiting to sync?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I already forced the variable products to resync individually, here’s a screenshot https://prnt.sc/v0h8f3. The product’s facebook link doesn’t work https://prnt.sc/v0hahr, the variants doesn’t have a value as well.

    They are also not excluded in the product sync settings of the plugin https://prnt.sc/v0hch8

    I’m not sure what else to try..

    Thank you for letting me know and for sharing the screenshots! There are a couple of other things we can try before I dig a bit deeper here.

    Would you please try using the “Reset Facebook metadata” and/or “Delete product(s) on Facebook” to see if we can’t get them to re-sync fully? If that doesn’t work, can I get you to please try setting a number of your products to “Do not sync” and then back to “Sync and show” on the product listing admin page with the Bulk Operations dropdown?

    Thanks for these suggestions.

    I already tried to Reset the facebook metadata of a variable product and update the product page but the issue is still the same.

    I tried excluding the product via the product listing in the admin page then resyncing them but it’s still not working.

    I also tried resetting the facebook meta of the product then synced only 1 variation but it’s still showing this https://prnt.sc/v12asn – 2 variations instead of 1 and the facebook ID’s product link goes to this https://prnt.sc/v12bcp

    The sync function works well for simple products, but it just won’t work for variable products.

    Thank you for the update. I’m sorry that this is still not working as expected!

    Certainly, you should be able to sync the variations of your product. Here is a screenshot of how it should look:

    If you haven’t already, would you please try using the “Delete product(s) on Facebook” link to remove it entirely and then save the product again in your website to resync it?

    If you’re still having this issue, can you please create a new thread or open a support request at WooCommerce.com? We often see that things look related but actually aren’t. That’s so much easier to troubleshoot separately, and keeps with the www.remarpro.com guidelines on what to do if you have the same problem. Thanks!

    I have the same problem.

    It would be nice if you can tell people where to find those links you refer to such as “Delete product(s) on Facebook”

    No variable products are synced for me as well
