Variation product not adding to the cart

  • Hi, I’m facing a strange issue. I added a few attributes and selected the type as “label” because I want my customers to see them on the product page, I don’t want them to select the variation in a dropdown menu. Now, the problem is that when I select one of the labels/variations, such as “pack of 2,” and click “Buy Now,” the page loads, and then it shows no product in the cart . I don’t know why. Please check the link below. You’ll understand what I’m talking about. Just select one option and click “Buy Now.”

    I think you did not understand my issue. I am not using any addon plugins for variations or any other features. I am using Woostify and the required plugins. I am stuck here, and it’s wasting my time. I spent 4 days designing my store with your theme, and now I’m facing this issue. I also have other stores with different themes, and they work fine. I chose your theme because it’s lightweight and easy to design, but now I have this problem. Additionally, I disabled the AJAX single product option, as per the guide you sent, but it’s still not working. You can check the link. Please help me resolve this.

    found out that every new product i am listing is not adding to the cart doesnot matter if its variable or simple product. i switched to default theme the same product worked and added to the cart but then i again switched to woostify and now its not working again.

    Hi,

    I think you have a plugin conflict.

    Can you try to disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce and Woostify theme, then test this problem again?
