Variation prices missing

I just built this website last week, everything was working great, even with this plugin installed… last night something changed, any product with a variation that was selected would have a fixed priced of $10.50. (i have 3 variations in price for the same items, 9.99,34.99 and 125) Went through disabling everything before i found it to be this plug in.
