Hi, I have been using CTX feed for many years. Recently, I noticed that product variations from WooCommerce are no longer added to the Google Shopping feed. Has there been a change?

Per your your documentation, “The free version of this product feed plugin automatically adds variable products and product variation”.

I have not made any changes to my feed settings so am pretty sure something has changed in the code.

Has anyone else noticed this change?

There is a similar post “Missing products with alt attributes” that relates to this issue.

The best I can figure is to rollback to version 4.4.17.

Any update on when this is going to be fixed? This error has flowed right through my google advertising campaigns and has had a serious effect on remarketing.

My biggest selling products were variable products and they’ve now vanished from google shopping. This needs to be dealt with urgently.

We have solved the issue. Please update the plugin to its latest version. Go to CTX Feed > Settings, set the Variation Query Type to Variable Dependable and regenerate the feed again.
