    Hi, I’m facing a strange issue. I added a few attributes and selected the type as “label” because I want my customers to see them on the product page, I don’t want them to select the variation in a dropdown menu. Now, the problem is that when I select one of the labels/variations, such as “pack of 2,” and click “Buy Now,” the page loads, and then it shows no product in the cart . I don’t know why. Please check the link below. You’ll understand what I’m talking about. Just select one option and click “Buy Now.”

    Hi @maazkhattak67! We haven’t heard from you in a while, so it’s unclear if you’re still experiencing this issue.

    From your explanation, it sounds like you’re adding attributes to a Simple product to add additional information. Indeed, when I visit that product page, and click the Additional Information tab below the image and add to cart button, I can see it there.

    However, I see something also adds them to the “deals” section at the top, where they inadvertently behave like a variable product. When I right-click on that page and select Inspect > Console, and then select one of the options before clicking Add to cart, it works (product appears in the cart), but it also triggers a few 403 errors. One of which indicates the source as “woostify” – I see you have 2 Woostify plugins and the Woostify theme installed on your site.

    In light of the above I suggest you start by either making a backup of your site or setting up a staging site, followed by disabling the Woostify plugins and temporarily switching the theme to a standard one like Storefront Theme. Then test to see if you can still recreate the issue.
