Variation not visible

  • Hi, I am having a problem (like everyone else) with displaying variations in FB Store.All the products are fetched but without variations. The least expensive product is displayed.

    I tried all of your solutions, deactivated all the plugins, tried troubleshooting mode, reverted to the default twenty-twenty theme. But nothing is working.

    I am using Printify plugin but I don’t think this has anything to do with it bc when I disable everything and leave only the default theme, your plugin and Woo active, nothing changes. I think there must be something in your plugin or it is not compatible with the latest Woocommere.

    Could you please provide a fast response bc I see that you haven’t responded to messages in weeks.

    Hi,

    please, check if you see the variations inside the XML file generated. If you don’t see them there as well, check that you have disabled the option for removing the variations from the product catalog: https://snipboard.io/zItBN2.jpg

    Thank you for your response. I have checked the XML file and it is not showing variations. I’ve also check the settings, and variations should be included. What else could I do?

    Hi,

    are you using any WooCommerce extensions or does the theme have some customizations for WooCommerce?

    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and check the Pixel Caffeine admin page: if it will work without any problem, there is a plugin that created this issue, because it enqueues wrongly own JS/CSS assets in all wordpress dashboard.

    If so, then activate all plugins back one by one, checking the pixel caffeine admin page, in order to discover which plugin created the issue.
