    Hi,

We have close to 50.000 active users whom pretty much all add variations to their product feed. If there was a bug in our plugin that resulted in users not being able to add variations to their feeds anymore we would have been flooded with users bug reports. Since you are the only one experiencing this though it must be related to your local set-up.

Also, you did not reply to our latest question.

What do you mean by “Product Type”?
By the way, I know that none of your users are facing this issue, but the fact is that I am following your instructions and still the variations are not showing up when I am using your “lowest prices variation” feature… Please help me here

I can see that the premium plugin comes with premium support.. If I’ll purchase it, could I get more help on the matter? Please.. I need it to be solved..

    Hope for FAST response,
    Best regards.

WooCommerce, out-of-the-box, comes with only a few product types. These are the ones, you typically select them when creating a new product:

Those product types, and a few others such as bundled and composite product types are supported by our plugin. Judging from a screenshot you shared with us earlier you seem to have other product types too, probably introduced by some sort of license plugin you are using? Is that correct?

No.. I am using the regular “Variable Product” type..
That’s why when in your plugin I am selecting “Include all product variations”, it works.
But I want to just show the lowest priced one, and let the customer choose.. You understand?

Hope I explained myself well and that you can find a way of helping me ?? Again.. I am willing to pay for the premium plugin if that’s necessary to get the help I need.

Waiting to hear from you soon,
    Best regards.
