    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When you create a variable product out of a simple product only the product variations of that variable product will make it to the feed. The parent variable product won’t be in your feed. Why the variations itself are not showing can be caused my multiple configuration issues.

Would you be so kind as to share the plugin debug.log with us so we can have a look at how you configured your feed? Instructions on how to retrieve your debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Hi,

Do all your variations have an equal price?

You enabled the option “only include lowest priced variation”. When all variations have the same price all of them will be excluded from your feed.

    (@exongames1)

All the products have the same variation let’s take for example: red & blue.
So every product that has variation has the same variations of Red and Blue. But on every product the Red variation has different price than the Blue variation.

Again, Blue and Red are just examples as my variation is complicated to explain.

Hope I managed to explain myself well ??

    What is the issue?

    Thread Starter exongames1

    (@exongames1)

Oh, just clarify – my variations are made with the same attribute..
In my previous example – the attribute is “Color” and inside it there is Blue and Red.

So my variations are made of Blue and Red which are made by the same attribute – Color.

Hope this is not causing any issues..

*Please pay attention to my last message as well.
    Best regards.

When the “Blue” and “Red” variations both have different product prices then this should not be an issue and work fine (we have just replicated it on our test websites).

You also have an exclude filter in place for products that are out of stock. Are you sure all those lowest priced variations are in stock?

    Thread Starter exongames1

    (@exongames1)

Yes.. I am sure.. that’s why I don’t understand what is going on…

    What can I do?

    Thread Starter exongames1

    (@exongames1)

I can give you access to my admin if that’s necessary.. (not here of course where everyone can see my comments..)

Please help me solve this quickly ??

    Hi,

Don’t offer admin access to anyone you don’t know. It is strictly forbidden according to the WordPress forum guidelines too. It can lead to a ban here.

Can you share some detailed screenshots of a variable product with its variations + details on your product edit pages?

    Thread Starter exongames1

    (@exongames1)

Thanks for the tip and the honesty but in a private chat like email, I don’t mind giving you access so you can take a look for yourself with strict permissions ??

Anyway, about what you asked – Here is an image of a veriable product expanded with both of the variations visible:

Take a look at the screenshot on the link.

Waiting for an update form you in regard to a possible issue and solution.
I need to fix this quickly.

We’re a bit out of options to be honest. Do the variations make it to your feed when you disable the “Only include lowest priced variations”?

    Thread Starter exongames1

    (@exongames1)

    Hi,
It worked! The issue is the “Only include lowest priced variations”.
But I need it… How can I actually use this feature? Can you fix this issue?

    Please respond quickly..
    Best regards.

When we enable that option on our development websites it does only show the lowest priced variation, so for us that works. Perhaps all your variations are priced equally? The example you showed before did show equal prices.

    Thread Starter exongames1

    (@exongames1)

Oh I understand now.. I put regular price and sale price. The regular price is the same, and the sale price is different.. So why your plugin compares the regular price when there is a sale price? (Which is different between the 2 variations).

Here is a reminder of the variation in my site: https://prnt.sc/vhviqn

    Waiting for your reply,
    Best regards.
