Variation Information not editable after site migration

After we migrated our website to the client’s official domain, we can no longer edit the prices, sku, description of product variations for the Chinese language.
The variations options are all greyed out, if we deactivate Hyyan Woocommerce Polylang Plugin, they are editable again in ALL languages, but we need the WooPoly integration plugin for client’s web requirements, do you know what is causing the variations to be greyed out in the Chinese language only ?

We tried deactivating and uninstalling the Hyyan WooPoly plugin and reinstalling it again, but the Chinese language variations are still not editable.
Is there a way to find out what was missing during the migration from https://www.gracecomputer.net/hbt to https://www.hbt4you.com?
