Variation Incompatibility

Hi. I came across this plugins and it works nice with single product images. However I wanted to see if there is a support for Product Variations too?

Currently all my products have variations and when I choose one of the Variations (not from the thumbnail) and then go over the image to zoom, it would only shows the last Thumbnail image I selected in zoom box, when it suppose to display the specific variation image.

Also another hint that I wanted to get is, if there is support of Variations on Kallyas theme which is somehow recognized in ecommerce and themeforest.
