Variation Images Not Changing

    Hi,
    My Name is Vishal.
    I recently noticed an issue with your plugin.

    I created a variable product with different prices for each variation. When you do this, the variation images are not changing.

    Example

    Product –>
    Size Color Regular Price Sale Price
    V1 S A ?799 ?449
    V2 S B ?799 ?499
    V3 S C ?799 ?599
    V4 S Any Color ?799 ?499

    This is an example of how the variations are set up in my store. In the example, you can see that I have not attached Images for Every variation instead I just attached images for one size and any color. So users can select Size S and Any color and the Images should change. But this is not happening.

    But! When prices of all the variations are the same then its works. Just like this example.

    Product –>
    Size Color Regular Price Sale Price
    V1 S A ?799 ?499
    V2 S B ?799 ?499
    V3 S C ?799 ?499
    V4 S Any Color ?799 ?499

    I request you to please fix this ASAP.
    My store is brand new with only basic plugins but still, I disabled all plugins to check for a plugin conflict. There is no conflict of theme or plugin on my store.

    Hello,

    This plugin functionality adds additional images for variations. Im the variation you can add more images for the gallery.

    Are you using any variation swatches plugin?

    I have already added images for every color variation.

    1) Product with different prices for each variation – Product 1
    2) Product with same prices for all variations – Product 2
    Both products are almost the same with just a few differences –
    a) Product 2 has the same prices for all variations and Variation Images is changing.
    b) Product Category Is different.
    c) Product 1 has different prices for each variation and variation images are not changing.

    Also, When Images are changing SKU is not in Product 1 and Opposite on 2.

    I am not using any Swatches plugin and both of the product has SKU & variation images.

    Okay, I will not use the short links again. Also, I changed the links in my previous reply. I use short links bcoz I don’t want this forum to appear in search when someone searches for my brand name.

    Hello,

    I see your variation doesn’t change image always shows one image.

    Our gallery plugin will work for variation images.

    Please check how you added variation images https://www.radiustheme.com/docs/variation-gallery/add-images-videos-in-product/add-additional-images/

    You can use a variation swatches plugin.

    if possible enable a default theme then check.

    Variation Images are used properly – Edit Product Image

    The images are not changing bcoz of only one reason and that is different prices for variations. The variations are changing and you can verify that by seeing the SKU. When you change variation on that product the SKU is changing which means the problem is with the plugin – SKU Image.

    As variation images are changing with a similar product with same price for all variations.
