Variation Ideas / Concept

Hi Guys,
I’m developing Ecommerce site now and I’d like to ask your idea or help on this, though I already developed lots of Ecommerce online this is my first time with this kind of Ecommerce flow, it’s kinda like a Customization thing where
1. Customer able to add pre-defined assets(variations)
– Heading
– Ends or Grommet etc.
2. Product does not include assets(variations) by default, it’s simply a single object or in this case a curtain/fabric which customer can add assets to it (step 1)
3. I found add_to_cart() and it need to have variations which didn’t fit my need.Here I include screenshot hoping someone can enlighten me or give me idea similar to this, I know this can be done even creating other DB Table (as temp for dumping products) just don’t didn’t know the way yet ;(
