Variation Edit Single Location or Duplicate

I have a bunch of products that all use the same price variations. Example: all the products have a large version for $25, medium for $22, small $20, etc. I also have to add some new variations and remove some old ones.

Since all the products share the same variations, is there a way to edit one and have it carry over to all the products or to quickly copy and paste onto each product?
