Variation Dropdown Menu Cut Off in Internet Explorer

Hello,
When my site is viewed in Internet Explorer or Firefox, the product variations (dropdown menus) are being cut off on the far right side. Please see screenshot as a reference:

I attempted to spread the layout to one column, however as you can see (https://fischkim.com/fischkim/resources/site1/General/image%20(1).png) the menus are still being pushed all the way to the right.
Does anyone know why this wouldn’t be working in IE or Firefox? Or can someone answer what drives how this is displayed (where in the style sheet)?
