Hello. Typically when after adding a new product with variations (ie. product colour), when the page renders it displays a combobox/drop down box with the colour variation. Lately, when adding a new product either by copying a similar product or creating one from scratch instead of displaying the combobox/drop down menu it displays a tabbed div with a collecton of radio buttons. How do I change how the variable data is displayed?

    Using Flatsome.

    Thank you

  • Hi @thesupportguy

Could you please share with us a screenshot of how it looks? You may use https://snipboard.io when sharing screenshots.

Typically, WooCommerce uses a dropdown menu to display product variations. Since it’s displaying them as a collection of radio buttons instead, this could be due to a number of reasons, such as a theme or plugin conflict, so I would suggest performing a conflict test by switching to a default WordPress theme, then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, then if yes, that means a plugin is contributing with the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

If you’re still experiencing issues after following these steps, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
