    Hi,
    we have 2 problems:

1- we created a product in woocommerce with varations. After we changed product from variable to simple. Now when we create csv still persist products with all variation and not a simple products (seems plugin see a ghost variation…we already use woocommerce tools for clear orphanage variation)

2- when we change something and afted we click on refresh, the first csv downloaded still have old value. At second times plugin take changed and all it’s ok.

Could you please help us? Specially number 1

    Thanks

  • Hi emporio3,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    1. Unfortunately I have no idea on how to solve issue 1 you are running into. Our plugin is retrieving all products from your database every time the feed is being refreshed, no caching or something. So, if our plugin still adds them it means the products are stil in your database;

    2. When the plugin shows the status “ready” just after reprocessing it could still take a couple of seconds before the old feed is removed and replaced with the new one.

    Ok thanks.
    Last things..
We use wp lister for ebay..is there a way to map this field? Or other custom field?

    Thanks

We have no experience with wp lister for eBay. If that plugin add’s attributes the “normal” WooCommerce way then they indeed should be visible in the drop-downs. Same goes for custom fields.

When they are not showing on the field mapping and/or rules and filter pages drop-downs it probably means those attributes have been added as so-called “private” attributes. Those indeed are not showing.

Have you checked the drop-downs already on the field mapping pages?

are not in dropdown..Is there a way to map?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Unfortunately there is not. If that plugin does not add the attributes the normal WooCommerce way then it won’t show.

    Ok thanks…
Last things..your plugin works with google merchant api?
Which is the best way to link google merchant center and your plugin?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Our plugin creates product feeds and is not connecting directly to Google’s content API.

The entire process on how to create a product feed for Google Shopping and how you can connect it to your merchant center are described in this tutorial: https://adtribes.io/setting-up-your-first-google-shopping-product-feed/

    ok thanks..

The other support write us they use “custom meta field”..is there a way to use it?

    thanks

    Hi,

We have tried to reproduce the issue at hand.

I created a test custom meta field in WooCommerce:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/ri4blmqtpjnj0ql/cmf-1.png?dl=0

So it shows on the product edit pages and I can fill in information:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/9cf2lpnzrl4e4ct/cmf-2.png?dl=0

The custom meta field I created is available on the drop-downs in the field mapping page: https://www.dropbox.com/s/00lzd3hwx2k9scs/cmf-3.png?dl=0

So the custom meta fields should be in the drop-downs and usable for you.
