Have you. Checked with latest version ?

Support asked money (60usd) if it’s configuration problem. I didn’t take a risk and bought another plugin, “WooCommerce Prices By User Role”. It cost around 20 USD. It’s also a bit better integrated. I recommend you go for it also.

Tested with 2.8.4 (prices are overlined), 2.8.5 (prices are overlined), 2.8.7 (prices are not taken into account).
