Variants Cross Selling Popup

    Hi Community, we need a solution for the following problem. We want to sell our products as variants, so lets assume we have a product in four sizes 1, 2, 3 and 4. Second we sell additional products (you can call it Addons or something), which has two sizes which correspond to the main articles, 1/2 and 3/4. This means a customers which buys our main product in size 3 need the right add-on in size 3/4.

    Now we want to have a pop-up, which opens if the customers adds our main product to the cart and asks him which probably with checkboxes, which addons he wants to add. Its no problem for us to add these addons manually in the backend with the right variants number.

    Does anyone has an idea how to solve this the best way?

    Hi @fabianknorr,

    Based on your description, I’d recommend the Cart Add-ons extension.

    This will not work with “checkboxes” like you mentioned, but after customers add a product to their cart, on the cart page they will see suggestions of other products they can choose to add to their order.

    If you want to be more forward with how you present the add-on products, you could even use something like Product Bundles – which will let you sell kits or assembled products.
