Variant images and thumbnails??

  • Hi I would like to know if the free version of the plugin allows importing of variant images. Clearly they are present in the import list but when you push to shop it is not there. Normally when people select a variant to buy or check the price the corresponding image should show but this is not the case.

    please advise at your earliest thanks

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I’ve tested on my site with the free version, the variation images are imported successfully and then show up correctly.

    I would recommend running a full conflict test as described here:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

    It’s very possible that another plugin (or possibly even your theme) is causing the trouble, and this will help you identify the culprit.

    i managed to play with the settings and got this to work but have to goto failed images to reimport missing images. This is with exmage turned on. It doesn’t happen to every product some but do. Is weird.

    I also don’t encounter problem with Exmage active, can you share me the AliExpress product URL that images are failed to import? I’ll try on my site.

    right now using the ald plugin on aliexpress, before there is function to do quick import on catalog results pages, now the import function is gone and have to go into each product in order to import which takes extra time, pls advise thx

    Yes, we’re working on improving chrome extension, including this issue. It’ll be updated soon to fix this. I’ll keep you updated if anything new.

    hi is the new extention released?

    Also I accidentally deleted bunch of photos of products was wondering if there are methods to update product through plugins as supplier end often changes things and previous imported versions of same products may not reflect current supplier end realities. This way I can retrieve all deleted images again quickly. Thx

    imported products tab contains all imported products, when clixk each product there is a override button what does this do? Any way to bulk do this?
