Variables changed when labels translated.

How can I use the same variable (yellowcards, redcards, goals, …) for all languages in my site.

The problem is when I tried to connect the second language to the varibale, the first one’s variable name will changed into some thing like ‘seveneighteen’. The problem occurred in the configuration of Event Results, Player Performances, Table Columns, Player Metrics, and Player Statistics. I hope all of this configurations are custom post type and should be translated into other post type. Please also keep in mind that, having different variables for each language will make the website cluttered and it will cause a chaos in the process.

However, I can use Event Outcomes variables for multiple languages or they are translatable.

I am using WPML plugin to translate post types. What is the solution for this please?
