    We have redirects coming from a product that use a variable to determine the help page. When I try to go to this page it 404 fails. It doesn’t seem to match anything that has ? variables. Is this a quirk of our wordpress(wouldn’t doubt it) or a limitation of the 404 error solution?

    So if I understand correctly, you get a 404 and it’s not being handled by 404 solution?

    You can turn on debug mode on the options page to be sure.

    1. Settings -> 404 Solution -> Options -> Advanced Settings (Etc) -> Debug logging (click the checkbox).
    2. Scroll down, click Save Settings.
    3. Navigate to the page that has the 404, let the 404 load.
    4. Go back to the 404 Solution settings page and under Advanced Settings (Etc) click “View” from View the debug file.
    5. Copy the log file, paste it at https://pastebin.com/ and “Create new paste.”
    6. Paste the pastebin URL here.
