Variable/shortcode for current date

I’ve been looking all over documentation and web searches for this but can’t find the answer. I like to use a variable for a date on my website. Specifically for dynamically changing the year on the copyright note in the footer. I like to use something like:
Copyright ? [variable_year] Advanced Tax Automation, Inc.

Where [variable_year] would show the year, i.e. 2020. I’ve seen this with other page builder plugins where they provide variables. Some are even more advanced, like [variable_year format=”y”] where the format parameter defines the date format: Y=2020, y=20, m-d-Y=05-07-2020.

Does page builder have something like that? If so where can I find documentation for it?
