variable shipping methods, national and international

    i am finding difficulties sorting out the shipping method for my ecommerce website. i have looked and set up a temp shipping but it not ideal nor feasible. i have seen numerous of videos and forums on the internet.

    e.g for UK
    UK (excluding ireland) i want 2 methods…if it is more than ￡25 then i want to enable free shipping.
    express shipping ￡9.99 per item upto 2kgs. each additional item weighting upto 5kgs to add 9.99. if less than ￡25 then standard shipping is ￡4.99 upto 2kgs.

    for international
    group a is ￡23 per item upto 2kgs. each additional item upto 5kgs is ￡9.99
    group b is ￡20 per item upto 2kgs. each additional item upto 5kgs is ￡9.99
    group c is ￡30 per item upto 2kgs. each additional item upto 5kgs is ￡9.99

    i want to enable a option where if a customer wants a specific method of shipping which we agree over the email and then to action it out on the website.

    if you can resolve my issue i would be greatful.

    i have currently enabled the free shipping in the UK but not able to charge if it under ￡25. also not able to insert the upto 2kgs limit or the additional item to charge ￡9.99 for upto 5kgs.

    i have inserted the countries into groups but been able to insert the individual prices and not put the kgs limti or the additional item on.

    i hope the wordpress family can resolve my issue

    this is what i have inserted in shipping rates of weight/country plugin but i want to make this per item also if additional item of upto 5kgs was to be added then additional ￡9.99 need to added to.

    i am currently using the latest woocommerce 2.2.

    i think advanced shipping ecommerce plugin is what i need but it isnt free.
    hopefully i find something similar and free.

    for something that is important like shipping and will bring in revenue to your business/organization, investing in the paid solution might be a good long term investment.
