Variable shipping cost for each x product

    Hello
    I would like to know if there is a FREE plugin (or by code) that allows you to establish a cost for each x products.
    Example: I have two types of products

    “Nationality=X” shipments

    • In scales of €20 for every 2 (product1), that is:
      1 or 2 tires €20
      3 or 4 tires €40
      5 or 6 tires €60
      and so on.
    • Accessories (product2)
      €7 if there is no product1 in the cart
      If there is product1, the cost is not increased (the cost of product1 is taken into account)

    SHIPMENTS of other nationalities = currently not available

    I understand that you wish to change the shipping price based on the number of items in the cart of another product, correct?

    The closest solution I can think of to achieve this without extensive customizations is by using the Table Rate Shipping plugin.
