Hello to you all, I use woocommerce. Sorry for my bad english, i’m french.

For variable products, when I activate the catalog mode, variables disappear, so there is no more opportunity to view the different colors.

I would like the color variable is present even with the catalog mode enabled. It’s possible? And how ?

    Thank you.

  • I believe you should ask support directly the one who built the extension and not here, as catalog mode is not a default functionality of WooCommerce.

Thank you but no… In mine Woocommere version (2.2.10), it’s a default functionnality. So, i can’t contact the dev of the catalalog’s plugin.

I’m also not sure what you mean by catalog mode. Please post a url to a product page with catalog mode enabled.

we are using the same version of Woocommerce, and catalog mode is not a default function. You should check in your plugins if you’ve installed an extension to enable catalog mode. There are two extension plugins that I know of that can do this. One is the official Woothemes extension and the other one is available on Codecanyon.

    Hello and thank you everyone.

I never installed any extension to enable catalog mode.

If Woocommerce is disable, i don’t have “catalog mode” in the left sidebar. There is this tab just when woocommerce is enable. I contacted the dev of my Theme, he said me i have to see with woocommerce directly. Unfortunatly, i can’t contact their support because i’ve never bought any module on their website.

As @wooassist says, catalog mode is not a feature of the WooCommerce plugin.

I can see that you don’t have a plugin or extension for catalog mode. Catalog mode is a feature that your theme devs have produced when they created the theme.

I understand that your theme dev says this is a WooCommerce issue, but its not – because catalog mode is a theme feature. If catalog mode is not working as you expect, you need to press theme vendor support for an explanation.

Because your theme is a commercial theme, www.remarpro.com forum members are not able to support its features. Please see the reasons here:
