Variable Products unavailable

    I just updated to WC version 3.0 and all of a sudden my variable products will not allow themselves to be “added to cart”

    I went into product variations and added all variations, saved. But still have the same problem — if I select any combination I get the error message:
    “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.”
    and the add to cart button is faded out and doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?
    I updated all WC plugins as well as did the database update. It was working fine on the latest version before 3.

    EDIT – RESOLVED. It somehow deleted the product price, so I had to add it back in and then it worked fine.

  • Any info on what caused this/if the data is still in the db? I lost thousands of variations entries…

    I’m not really sure as this is a new site I’ve upgraded from a really old version of WC just recently and I’m not that familiar with it. Lucky for me there are only two variable products on the whole site. I added “all variations” as an option and then had to re-insert the price – but yeah, as I did it I thought… what a headache if you had thousands of items. There must be a way to pull that info from the database.
