Variable products sync facebook catalogue

As a first step, would you please double-check that each variation for the affected products is configured to show and sync to the Facebook catalog? This can be found by editing the variations in the admin and checking the “Facebook sync” setting:

It looks like the variation screenshot you shared is for the “S” variant which is the variant that is syncing up to Facebook. Would you please also double-check that the other variants are set to sync up to Facebook in the same way?

If that checks out, as a next step, I’d like to have a look at how the feed file has been set up. Would you please?share the plugin’s feed file with me when you have a few moments?

This file can be found by connecting to your server via FTP under the path?/wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce and you can upload it to WeTransfer for free and without an account.

Yes, all variations are synced with facebook in woocommerce settings.

I’m afraid I couldn’t quite determine what could be causing these products to not load up to your Facebook shop and I would like to review the Facebook Business Manager to see if I can determine what the issues could be. For that, it would be best if you can provide me with temporary access to your Business Manager account.
