    Hello

I was using this Woocommerce Google Feed Manager plugin without any problem, but overnight, apparently after the last update of the weekly automatic feed, the variable products show the most expensive price instead of the cheapest price.

I have tried to reset the Feed, but I can’t get Google to show the lowest price. I don’t know where the problem should be, since I haven’t made any changes to the Feed configuration and I haven’t added any new plugin that could generate any incompatibility.

I look forward to any comments on it, thank you.

    Hi @cestinia,

Thanks for contacting us about this change. Yes we changed the behavior of the prices because of complains from other users.

In your situation you could use the “Min Variation Price” or “Min Variation Regular Price” as source and you should have the correct price in your feed.

    Thanks for your quick answer.

I suppose that there will be some reason to have made that change, althought the truth is that i have not just seen it.

I have managed to solve the price of the products with variantes, but for the single products that are on sale and without variants I do not find the exact configuration to show only the sales price.

Thank you, i await your answer

We had some recent issues with the filter options on the sale prices. The plugin would not identify the sale price correctly and that caused the filter on sale prices not to be correct. We brought out a patch for that in version 1.46.1, which we released yesterday.

Could you please update to 1.46.1 and check if that solved the issue?

    Hello

I think it is still not working properly and there are more bugs with the update 1.46.1. I expose:

    1. The automation of the feed with Google Shopping is not working, nor does it update new prices, nor add new products. I have left it as manual for the moment, if it has detected it correctly.

    2. The min variation field works correctly.

    3. But I still can’t configure the products WITHOUT variation but with SALE, as was done before. I have tried the different SALE fields and in some options it affects the products with variation taking the most expensive price.

At the moment I have chosen to upload the feed manually and ignore the products on sale.

I await any new update or explanation of how to correctly configure the offers and without affecting the price of the products with variation.

    Thanks

Could you please check one thing, just to be sure: it sometimes happens that after? updating the feed data, your browser still shows you an “old” (cached) version of the feed. Could you view the feed again and refresh the browser using CNTRL-F5 to clear the cache? Just to make sure the feed is actually still showing the issue.

Let me know if the made any difference.

    Hello

Yes, it seems that the cache kept the previous version, and prevented the correct automatic update of the Feed. Solved!

The only thing that remains unclear me is how to configure the sales of products without variations, since it affects the products with variations indicating the highest price.

    Thanks again, Michel.

    Hi @cestinia,

I see what you mean. Could you send me an email to michel (at) wpmarketingrobot.com so I can send you a patch to check if that solves the issue?

    Hi @cestinia,

As far as I can see I did not received an email yet. Could you please send me an email so I can send you a patch for the issue?

Once you can confirm the patch solves your issue I will implement it in our development line.

    Hello @cestinia,

I have not heard from you again but we updated our plugin and changed the way the “Min Variation Price” and “Min Variation Regular Price” work. They now provide the correct price for both variation as wel as normal products.

So in your case you can use any of the two sources and it should work correctly.

As I have not heard back from you I will close your topic for now. Should you have any question or remark regarding the issue, don’t hesitate to reopen it again.

    Have a nice day!
