Variable products: Non available attribute combinations are not excluded

    Hey,

    i am using your plugin in a shop for t-shirts.
    The t-shirts have 2 attributes: color and size.
    Not all colors are available in all sizes (e.g.: red shirt is available from S to XXL and black shirt from XS to 5XL).

    If i am not using your plugin woocommerce excludes the variation combinations which are not avaialble from the dropdown menu(s) (e.g.: if you choose the color, it shows the red shirt is available from S to XXL and the black shirt from XS to 5XL. if you choose size 5XL only color black is shown).

    Using your plugin woocommerce does not longer exclude the non available combinations (e.g. it shows red shirt is available from XS to 5XL).
    If i choose a non available combination (like red 5XL) a popup is shown saying: “….please choose another combination”.

    As i am a newbie to wordpress i ask myself: is it me doing sth. wrong or is it the plugin?

    Does the exclusion of non available variations work with this plugin for other people??

    Please check settings about stock and price of your variations. Many people forgot to config the price and stock (when they enabled stock management).

    I have the same problem. It is not related to stock and price variations. This plugin needs to prevent the user from selecting a color if it is not available (for example, crossing out the non-available color and preventing any pointer events such as clicks or hover effects).

    ThemeAlien, please look into this. This is nearly a perfect plugin!

    I checked my price and stock settings. I dont use the stock option and i entered the prices whereever they are needed. As rfortin mentioned this is not related to stock and price variations. Please have a look at it. As rfortin mentioned too, this is nearly a perfect plugin! thx

    As related in this thread, there are more people having the same issue, having stock and price configuration correctly set (everything works fine without using the plugin).

    Please, try to fix it, I really would like to use the great features this plugin offers ??

    Yes this is a wonderful plugin but the ability to filter out impossible options is a necessity.

    For example, maybe you’ve got a t-shirt that comes in black, white and S, M, L. But you can’t get a S white shirt. As soon as someone chooses S, the white option should be removed as a selectable choice, and vice versa.

    I don’t know why still this problem is un-resolved? . This is the reason to un-install this plugin.
