Can you disable cloud flare and retest? It can prevent JS from functioning.

yes, what option to choose in cloudflare caching level there are 3:
    -No Query String
    -Ignore Query String
    -Standard

I am using Standard right now

Do you recomend me to disable w3-cache and leave cloudflare as Standard?

Disable cloudflare for now, clear caches. I can see the cloudflare code cached on your page right now.

Is there a problem to leave caching level at standard level and at the same time to use w3-Total cache?

No, thats fine. Just exclude cart/checkout/account from caching.
