Variable products image doesnt appear

I create the attribute for the different options for my Products, then I updated the product, then I went back in to variations and when selecting a variation, you get the option to add an image for that variation. I added pictures of products and customers should be able to see different photos when they choose for exemple different colors. But image doesnt change. What can I do to fix this? Thanks for your help.
