    Hello,

I need some assistance in understanding the error that I’m getting when testing a variable product. This is (at least) my 3rd Woocommerce site and I don’t recall ever running into this issue.

When selecting an option in the drop down menu and then clicking ‘add to cart’, it’s giving this error message: “Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.”

The option has been selected. In order to circumvent the error, I need to select a different variation in the drop down menu and then go back to the desired variation. A Google search suggested that it was related to a plug in that deals with swatching for products or there’s an issue wit the theme that I’m using. If I disable the swatching plugin ‘Insight Swatches’, the issue goes away. Unfortunately, I can’t keep the plugin disabled because it’s a required plugin for the theme. I’ve contacted the theme creator for support, but was hoping more seasoned pros here might have a work around that will help me permanently resolve the issue?

    Many thanks,
    Dyers Remorse
