    Hi,

    Big thanks for such a great plugin! I’m having some trouble with uploading files for variable products on my website. I have seen a support thread mention it and probably resolved, but I couldn’t find the code you were mentioning about in the thread.

    As the thread is 5 months old, I figured the plugin might have been upgraded. Can you please share how I can make it work on variable for my version please?

    Hey,
    It will work with variations, is there any specific issue? I would like to see what issue are you facing and also can you copy the thread and post its permalink here to see what support thread are you talking about ?

    It is showing the box for files.. Can you please tell me issue here.. I can’t get it correctly ??

    Better write a few words what exact issue is.. because I have just check on your site with selection it is showing the box to place files..

    Do you mean it is let user select file without selecting variation ?

    Thanks for your quick reply! I am not sure what went wrong but when I tested the plugin again, it works totally fine. Sorry for the confusion.

    Can I just check if there is any reason for this issue i’m facing:

    When a 1mb file (name of file is ‘ABC.jpg’) is uploaded, the file name seems to be changed to ‘a71bfbc96f977c2dafb825cab51f62cd971931d41502782046’ and size 12.3kb. May I know if there is a reason for this or am I facing any bug with the plugin?

    Hello Great it worked for you.
    no, it will not compress the files, but filename is fine like that, system generates its own filename so all fine with filename. but why it becomes 12.3Kb on your domain that is a different issue/bug etc…

    Are you using any image compresser on server? Second question is the quality of image changed ?
