variable products

I have installed the plugin. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for variable products. I read that there should be an update. When does it come?

Thanks for contacting us. The plugin indeed supports variable products but in the PRO version. The FREE version, which you probably installed, does not support the variant.

a bit strange with the pro Version, because it works with variant at the beginning of using. That’s a shame because I find the pro version very expensive, but if necessary, that’s how it is.
I was just about to buy the pro version when I saw that you can only pay with a credit card. So I can’t buy it at all?
I therefore looked again at the information for the free version, it says that the plugin is compatible with variants.

Apologies for the confusion. The description you mention is incorrect. I have already submitted this for correction. The plugin in the FREE version does not support variants. The only way to handle variable products using our calculator is to install the PRO version in the store.
Regarding card payment, I have activated payment via PayPal. It will be active for the next 24 hours.

yes, I have installed the plugin 2.1.3. However, the plugin tells me that it needs to be updated. And plugin does not exsist. Strange because it works.

There is no message while updating. I tryed to use automatical update, but I got the message from WordPress that it could not be carried out. There is only an info box on the plugin from WordPress that says 1: there is an update and 2: that the plugin does not exist
I think I’ll uninstall it again and re-upload it.
But I also have to say that I’m not that satisfied. The loading time for variable products is very long until the input field appears. I’m not sure if customers haven’t made an incorrect entry in the Woocommerce quantity field during this time. If the flexible quantity field replaced the existing one, it would be a better solution. So it’s a bit confusing.

Do you mean to say that there are problems with variant products when the plugin is activated? Do you mean our plug-in in the PRO version or the FREE version?I mean the pro version. I don’t really know how to phrase it differently:
In case of single Products the field from flexible quantity where I as a customer enter the desired quantity is displayed directly from opening the site.
With variable products, the customer first has to choose a variant. E.g. select color. Then the input field appears. Unfortunately it takes a very long time to see it. This is unfortunate because during this time customers may already be entering an entry in the existing Woocommerce field that doesn’t work properly for lengths. That’s what you use the plugin for.

Thank you for your patience. This problem may be related to other plugins used in your shop. Please try to isolate an issue, by disabling plugins which are not our or WooCommerce.?Then please enable plugins individually, delete the cache, and check if the problem still exists.
If yes, please?test the?plugin?again, but now using Storefront – the official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.
Such testing on a “live” store is not the best idea. It is better to do it on a copy, which you can prepare with WP Staging. This is a free and simple plug-in – with it, you will prepare a copy with a few clicks.
