Variable Product Stock Update

    Hi there – I have set our stock levels to update automatically with WP All Import using the instructions located here: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/woocommerce/syncing-stock/

    Simple products are updating fine but the variable stock levels are not. There is a note suggesting to leave “Product Type” unchecked for variable product levels to update, however I cannot seem to uncheck this as an option.

    Note: If you remember, in Step 3 in the WooCommerce add-on, we left “Simple Product” as the Product Type. Notice that the Product Type box is left unchecked. This allows WP All Import to import stock levels to both simple and variable products at the same time, or just variable products, without updating their Product Type based on our selection in Step 3.

    Hi biotrace.

    The checkbox mentioned is on step 4 when you’re choosing which data to update. If the stock sync isn’t working with the settings suggested by our tutorial, we’ll need to see the import data and existing products to advise on this.
