I’ve got a major problem with variable products on my site because I cannot get them set up to allow a customer to add a selection to the shopping cart. I have set up a test t-shirt product that has just 2 colour options and 2 size options. Both attributes show up on the product page with the drop downs to select the colour and size. However, when I try to Add to Cart I get the message “Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.”

I have the latest Woocommerce and Virtue theme running. Please help as I have a number of t-shirt products that I need to add to my shop in various colours and sizes and there are too many variables to add them all as individual products (you’ll see on my site I have done this for one t-shirt in 2 colors just to get it in the shop).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Run a test, deactivating your sharing plugin (it’s creating an error on your site) and see if that works, try deactivating other plugins as well.

Thank you – it was the WC Variations Radio Buttons plug-in that seems to have caused a conflict. Will get my products uploaded and hope they all work now. Really appreciate your help. ??
